Good Morning Everyone. I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Prisoner Advocate and Host for Blog Talk Radio Shedding Light. As many of you know, we have been having ongoing discussions about the prevention of the school to prison pipeline. But today, we have on with us, Seye Akinbulumo, A Boston College graduate and public intellectual. Teacher of both History and mathematics and founder of Rooftop Tutoring Productions assisting students to reach their academic and professional goals.  Seye is also a Jazz musician and author of A Hip Hop Manifesto and The College Years of Writings and Reflections. Seye has worked exclusively with charter schools and he is currently researching the School to Prison Pipeline.  Let's welcome Seye Akinbulumo.
