PRISONERS DESERVE SECOND CHANCES AT FREEDOM

Greetings everyone. I am Leonna Abraham Brandao, Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light. Today we have on with us again, Will Malicoat an incarcerated individual and Contributor of "Designed Conviction", a prisoner advocacy organization, founded by Taylor and Cecilia Conley. We would also like to welcome Cecilia Conley once again. Cecilia has been a true warrior in helping to bring awareness that offenders are human and do make mistakes as we all do. Spending many years and even life, behind bars is counterproductive to rehabilitation and healing. There has been much talk around the country regarding Mass Incarcerations and more recently, Prison Reform Goals  which would allow prisoners serving very long to life/LWOP sentences an opportunity to go before parole boards, after serving 25 years or more.
