Listen To The Voices Of The Incarcerated And Reformed

Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 4:30 pm - Call In Number (657) 383-1630

Greetings everyone. I am Leonna Abraham Brandao and Host for Blog Talk Radio/ Shedding Light. Today we have Paul Thorsteinson, an incarcerated individual who will speak on some of the things that brought him to prison at a very young age and what he has learned from his years incarcerated. Spending years and years behind bars is counterproductive to rehabilitation and healing and Paul will also speak on that.

There has been much talk around the country regarding Mass Incarcerations and more recently, Prison Reform Goals  which would allow prisoners serving very long to life/LWOP sentences an opportunity to go before parole boards, after serving 25 years or more, which has not been the case for many prior to this recent sponsorship by many politicians in various states.

Please join us in welcoming Paul Thorsteinson and I would like to say a special thanks to Cecilia Conley for her outstanding work in arranging these very informative interviews. Thank you so much Cecilia.
