With growing concerns over the high and increasing numbers of suicides in  Massachusetts prisons, many of whom were targeted, harassed, provoked, denied help from a corrupt court system and ultimately destroyed by an inhumane Penal System. Former Criminal Justice Advocate, now famed author, Joe G. Kaye, will be shedding more Light through his Book, " The Crime Of Impunity. The Crime of Punishment." Prisoners are human beings, regardless of their offense or offenses, and they should be treated as such.
