Trooper Claim State Police encourage racial profiling

Criage Tuer is a 20 year veteran with the Michigan State Police Department and says if some people of color blackmen in particular feel police are constantly stopping them or following them , it is not a coincidence or their imagination it is design. Craig Tuer say it start at the top with commanders getting bonus pay for their post's performance. The troopers get over time for court appearance or jail runs and floating quota system used for state troopersevaluations.
