This court granted Rev Pinkney bond pending appeal on the probation violation and he is presently subject to the equivalent of house arrest on a tether.We have been informed that the trial court is reluctant to vacate the bond conditions until the file has been returned to the circuit court. have anybody ever heard of anything like this.
