The Know Show tonight: June 8, 2016, presents a tribute to “The Champ, Mohammed Ali; The Greatest in Life; and Even Larger in Transition!”  We will hear personal stories, my own and others, and invite you to call in and share yours.

Define Transition – from the New Thought Metaphysical perspective.  Transition is moving from one phase of life, into another.  There is no death in the traditional sense as we have been taught because the Spirit just changes addresses and we know from physics that once created, energy cannot be destroyed and that certainly is the case with Spirituality.

Ali was and is, bigger than life; an over-comer, who refused to bend once he believed, whether that was his Religion, Islam, or his family, or his friends or conscientious objector status with the Federal Government.

I have a personal story to share, that details a time when all of the boxers came to Washington, under the auspices of the Chairwoman for boxing in DC, Cora Masters Barry.  I was with the Washington D.C. Convention and Visitors Bureau and my boss asked me to spearhead the gathering in terms of logistics, hotels, restaurants, airport pickups, and coordination with the DC Mayor’s office.  We will also talk about one of my favorite topics, “Serendipity, Synchronicity, and Spirituality” that addresses a young airmen, yours truly, at Yokota AB, Japan and a young brash Champ, showing out for the majors and the minors.
