Sam Garrett is an entrepreneur of statue in the Memphis area.  He is CEO of Madison Line Records and is a partner with Ken Steorts founder of Visible Music College.  His consultancy is oriented toward non-profit organizations but his business is about profit.  He and Steorts have purchased and are developing Cooper Walker Place, formerly a Methodist located near the Congregational Church on Cooper.  He is also an agent of some significance in the Memphis Music Scene.
