She has two books '50 Ways to Live Life Consciously' and '10 Ways to Avoid Colds and Flu (and what to do when they come knocking!) and she has taught the year-long empowerment program Journey of A Thousand Women.  Most recently she is encouraging people to remember their powerful connection to nature, as a path to self-healing and self-empowerment.
