Keita Bey, a resident of the Memphis, Tennessee area since 1977 is a family man and member of First Unity Church of Cordova, TN where he has served as Board member for several terms.   He currently works for himself as a research consultant, who primarily assists clients who seek to put their family legacy in trust for asset preservation and asset protection and for posterity.

Keita is currently researching unincorporated religious associations as a viable means helping people form their family structures for handling their affairs as ministries and entrepreneurial pursuits.  Tonight, he will be  discussing the similarities and the differences corporations, trusts and unincorporated associations, and why he believes that the latter are much more simple to organize and manage and provides the maximum amount of asset preservation, with least amount of legal or government intrusion.

Please join us as we endeavor to learn why most every household should consider putting their assets in a third party entity and out of their own name and why Keita feels that the unincorporated religious association is the best of the best!  So be prepared to take notes and ask questions as this promises to be a very enlightening as well as entertaining discussion.
