Role of Women in the Assembly

What role, if any are women suppose to play in the assembly?  This is a very important topic to examine because we have many blessed sisters that are being by the Creator.  As He uses us sometimes the lines can become blurred as to how much can we do.  Is it permissable to teach, prophesy, or lead a fellowship?  Let's examine what the Word teaches as well as examine the pattern that the early assemblies followed.
