All of us wear masks. Many of us are wearing masks right now, either literal or metaphorical. And as we get closer to Halloween, perhaps the most mask-filled day of all, it feels appropriate to examine our spiritual connections to masks. With the onset of the pandemic mask-wearing also became more than a communication between self, spirit and community, it was part of our survival strategy. For many, masks also mean controversy. This is nothing new!
