Kindness is the vessel that holds and shapes love. Respect and trust are the ways kindness manifests. Cooperation, empathy and understanding, these are all different words for kindness.
Think back on how many acts of kindness you've benefited from. Now try and remember how many acts of kindness you participated in. If you're fortunate you'll have too many examples to choose from. An abundance of kindness is a goal we should all be striving to express --and be ready to receive.
