Grow Financial FCU in Tampa has filed suit in federal court against GTE Financial, alleging a former employee conspired with GTE to steal private information from the credit union, including trade secrets and private member information. So much for those cooperative principles. I don't know the outcome of this case, but I DO know that Credit Unions compete with one another. And to quote Brad Hamilton Class of 1983 at Ridgemont High, "Know it, Learn it, Live it."
