The Bible Speaks: December 25th

We hear it all the time that "Jesus is the reason for the season." It's interesting to note that the Bible doesn't say this! December 25th, or Christmas, is the longest day after the shortest day of the winter months. It has nothing to do with Jesus and everything to do with the son god Tammuz as well as a mixture of many other pagan gods and traditions. It's about time that Christians open their Bibles and actually read about how the Lord feels about this day. The Bible Speaks is a bible study class where listeners are free to ask questions and get answers according to the written word of God (Genesis to Revelation).
