Strange things have been happening in Woodside, New York...

It all began with the murder of a small town Pastor. But nothing is as it seems in Woodside. Secrets and scandals abound in the pastor’s church. Solving his murder plunges Detectives Dan Seitzer and John Harrison into an even deeper mystery - one that involves a man who can manipulate objects with his mind and a woman whose dreams of people dying are coming true. As the body count in the unassuming town slowly rises, each disparate thread starts tying together. Each line of evidence points to a singular individual lurking in the backdrop, setting all of the tumultuous events into motion. The more the detectives learn, the more they realize this one person has the power to destroy all that they love.

Now it’s up to a grizzled, skeptical detective, his new, religious partner, a tenacious and beguiling reporter, a woman struggling with depression, and a cynical private investigator to stop this shadowy adversary. Will this unlikely alliance be able to stop the evil sweeping across Woodside? And how much will they have to sacrifice to stop it?
