The Effects of Parenthood, is one of the most beautiful, but dymanic developmental transition in the family life cycle. Parenting is the core foundation that is requires a build healthy changes in our development toward having a balance lifestyle base on our roles and relationships, that affects both men and women's quality of life in all ages. 

Sometime we don't realize the impact that it plays on us mentallty, emotionally and physically from childhood into our adult life. But as I listen to so many women's life challeges, I begin to see a patterning that effected us as a child, where now we can admit, accept to discover how to overcome and change toward having a healthy lifestyle.
