An Introvert walks into a bar... and orders a beer. They neither look right or left but head toward the back of the room, in the corner, in the dark, away from the people.
So is the perception of introverts in general.
AS for writers introverts abound but are perceived in odd lights. Are introverts people haters? Are they condescending, loners, and know-it-alls? Does being rude seem to be the mantle they were like Superman's cape? Are they jealous of the extroverts? These questions may seem rhetorical, but misconceptions about introverts are rampant.
With me to help unveil the minds of introverts is my very brave co-host and contributor today, Cathy McCrumb. Together, we'll talk about introverts and what makes them tick as well as response to accusations that introverts are just quiet wallflower content to sit in a room talking to puppets.
And depending on what introvert you're talking to, they may or may not be a joke! Join Cathy and I at a special time today at 10 pm Eastern on September 22nd. Listen in at 646-668-8485.
