Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have changed. We think you'll like them better this way.
If you could go back in time, what year would you go back to, or what event would you repeat, or what age were you when you had the best time of your life?
Most of us participate in the same New Year's ritual by reflecting on our past and making a resolution to change to do something different. We always say that the new year will be better than the last one. But, how often does it really happen? It doesn't take a month before we've lost the incentive to do better. We say this new year will be better and that we aren't going to continue to repeat old habits, but after 30 days, we find ourselves right back where we were.
What do we do or can we do anything to change?
