We know how powerful the written word is -- even much so is how powerful the spoken word is. We're not talking a mystical curse or spell. But the affirmation or condemnation of a person's life. From encouragement to bigotry, from helpful advice to abusive sarcasm, the spoken word has a huge impact on our lives.
