Bree Le Fleur desires to remain pure for her future husband. When she moves to Arizona, she meets her new neighbor, Donato Garafalo Jr., race car driver and model. Despite his charisma and charm, she's not impressed. After Bree gets to know Donny, she decides he's not such a bad guy. She reluctantly agrees to pose as his fiancée to help Donny convince his father that he's a reformed man. While participating in the ruse, she is attracted to him in ways she never anticipated. At the same time, she can't help wondering why a man with a playboy reputation would be interested in a girl with no experience.

Fed up with his son's reckless ways, Donny's father threatens to sell their family's business to a stranger unless Donny settles down and commits to one woman. Now Donny needs to find a good girl, and he's not sure where to look. Bree, his neighbor, appears to be the perfect girl for his ruse, and Donny always gets what Donny wants. But Bree is different from the other women he's dated. She's not an easy conquest and soon he finds himself sitting beside her in church. As he attempts to win her heart, she feels threatened by his past and turns up the heat. For the first time ever, Donny fights temptation and has to learn to say no to himself. As tensions rise, their relationship is tested. Will their newfound love survive?
