In the U. S., February is heralded as Black History Month and so in the past, whenever February rolled around, many organizations, TV ads, and other outlets would tribute a portion of time to recognizing the impact African Americans have had in U. S. development as a country. Historians would argue that there really isn't such a thing as Black History. Rather, it's just history.

However, over time, there's a subtle, almost too subtle trend, to get rid of the impact of African Americans and other minorities in the book of history that make up our country. Or, and perhaps more insidiously, there's an undercurrent to revise history to maintain a narrative that excludes the contributions of everyone.

What it comes down to is this: are we all God's Children, saved by the blood of the Lamb or not? Do we all contribute in some way, form, or fashion or not?

Join me for a thought provoking topic as I talk with returning guest, Professor and author Piper Huguley, author of the Migrations of the Heart series.
