Pepco DC customers paid in 2016 over 15 million extra and 2017 30 million ectra because of the shall in DC based solar facilities. With the  DC city council is considering new bill for “One Hundred Percent Renewable Portfolio Standard Expansion Amendment Act of 2018. Which would require our local utility to obtain 100% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2050, including 17% from solar power.
