Judicial Tomfoolery and Court Jesters...the Oregon trial appears to be coming apart at the seams. After three days on the stand, Ammon Bundy succeeded in getting his defense of adverse possession into testimony. How? By using the very "evidence" brought against him by the FBI - his, and others, Facebook posts. Judge Brown has openly forbidden the reading of the Costitution in open court by Mr. Bundy. What does the government have to fear from the jury hearing the Constitution?

Earlier this week the US State Department issued a statement that negotations between the US and Russia, with regard to Syria, will cease. Much blaming and finger pointing  by the two nations is going on in response to a recent September attack in Syria which caused many casualties for Russian troops and aid workers. Many allegations by Russia regarding the Obama administration arming and aiding the enemy in the area have been made.

Yet, the American people are more concerned with sightings of evil clowns...
