Judicial Overreach - Just Who Do These Robed Clowns Think They Are?

This month we have witnessed some very egregious judicial overreach in both the dispute over the Dakota Access Pipeline and the trial in Portland, Oregon. These judges have been legislating from their benches at both the state and federal levels, completely ignoring the Constitution. 

Tonight we'll delve into some of the more egregious episodes that have come accross my desk, and look at them through the lens of the Constitution. Knowledge of our true history is what is needed to save us.

In the immortal words of Samuel Adams, from a letter to James Warren, dated November 4, 1775: "No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders." Ignorance is killing us as surely as if we were already at war.
