Show Him Your Badge!

Today, we see how Jesus helps the crowds who gathered around him. Those crowds were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. That's often how we feel. Life is tough and it's not getting any easier. But the good news today is that Jesus is our Good Shepherd, who loves us and rescues us from sin, death and the power of the devil. The Son of God has compassion upon us. He freely bestows his gifts of forgiveness, life, and salvation upon us. We are now called to share these gifts we have received. Jesus says, "Freely you have received; freely you shall give."
