The Voice of Trinity!

Genesis 8:20 " And Noah built an altar unto the LORD, and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar."  

The Burnt Offerings, Depicts Submission and Surrender of Believers! Reading Genesis 8:20 in context, it seems long, even before the Mosaic Law was given, the very first offering God demanded of man was the burnt offerings. Burnt offerings depicts man's total surrender and submission!  We find in Hebrews 5:8 Christ Himself set an example for us as we read " Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered."  Although He was in total submission to the Father, yet, He set an example for us to be in total obedience to the Father's Commandments. 

God asked Noah not for the Meal (Meat), offerings, not for peace offerings, not for the trespass offerings, but, for the burnt offerings, first!
