The program features our regular PANW report with dispatches on the national commemoration of the 91st anniversary of the birth of African American Civil Rights and Antiwar leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929-1968); Zimbabwe has announced the financial assistance being awarded to the Southern African state by the People's Republic of China; Mozambique President Felipe Nyusi has been inaugurated for a second and final term of office; and Tunisia has stated that it will not participate in a German-hosted conference on the future of the neighboring state of Libya. In the second and third hours we continue our tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through a reexamination of the accomplishments of the martyred leader during a ten year period of 1957-1967. Also we highlight the role of Dr. King in the the-then emerging people's movement in the U.S. and internationally.
