EJR - Judge Drops Criminal Charges in Flint Water Case & solar town survives Ian

A judge dropped the criminal case against 7 former officials in the Flint water crisis. The excuse involved a legal technicality which further demonstrates the ethical bankruptcy of our legal system. Instead of instructing the prosecutor to fix the error in the prosecution's case, Judge Elizabeth Kelly essentially dropped the case. The case for systemic corruption must be discussed and corrupt judges must be replaced. 

Next, in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, a small Florida town located just 12 miles northeast of Fort Myers, not only sustained minimal damage, but never lost power. How did this happen? The town known as Babcock Ranch is 100% SOLAR POWERED. Furthermore, building codes required all structures to be designed with a "low-wind profile." This miracle of sustainable development was NOT covered by the mainstream corporate news, which is too busy greenwashing fossil fuel.
