Jackie Perry is CEO of two businesses, a business management consulting firm and a technology firm focused on providing software engineering solutions for the nation's Department of Defense.  She was formerly the executive director for Beaver Street Enterprise Center, a small business incubator for start-up operations.   Prior to that she enjoyed a twenty-three year career in operations management and human resource development. She previously worked for many years as an operations manager, and management trainer for Aetna and Prudential and worked in human resources for Prudential HealthCare.

Jackie services on the board of the National Association of Black Women in Construction, the First Coast Business Alliance and is Chairman of the City of Jacksonville's Public Service Grant Committee.
