A dynamic speaker and author, Kimle Nailer is a heart-centered entrepreneur committed to empowering women and girls to boost their self-esteem to reveal their inner essence of beauty and power.

Kimle Nailer is the owner of several companies, including Nail-Rite Construction which she began in 1995. In her role as President of Nail Rite Construction, Kimle is responsible for securing construction contracts, managing projects to within budget and ensuring superior satisfaction for owners. Kimle is also passionate about and very active in the development of apprenticeship opportunities in the dry walling trade.

She currently serves as the President of the National Association of Black Women in Construction, and is committed to empowering women and girls in wealth creation by leveraging the construction industry.

She encourages women to seek careers in construction to increase their wealth through real estate development. Today she integrates her corporate background into her business as a real estate investor and builder to unite women to seek development project in inner cities across the nation to elevate economically.

Born in the 1960’s when dark skin infringed limitations, she has triumphantly defied the odds and redefined her future at the age of 36 years, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business and serving as an analyst working for fortune 500 companies.

She transformed her mental capacity to find her inner beauty that created new worlds of limitless possibilities as a licensed builder, real estate investor, and serial entrepreneur.

She is also the owner of Positive S.I.S.T.E.R.S. and Fairport Investments.
