As the master of the International Mastermind Association, Ann McNeill lives and teaches work-life balance principles, which are values that help people achieve a life style of complete freedom.  Ann McNeill is president and owner of MCO Construction & Services, Inc., MCO Consulting, Inc, Colbert/Ball Tax Franchise, and Constructively Speaking, Inc. Additionally, she is the founder of the International Mastermind Association and the Association of Black Women in Construction.  In terms of volunteerism, McNeill is also the National Treasurer of the Florida Memorial University National Alumni Association. 

Kimle Nailer B.A . is a Life Coach and the founder of Positive S.I.S.T.E.R.S., an organization designed to empower women through Sisterhood.  She began training as a professional life coach in 2006 after many years assisting others as a spiritual advisor in transforming their lives through her intuitive gift of wisdom. 

She has developed a 9-step process for “Welcoming You Back Home” which provides women with guidance to discover their “authentic selves.” She assists you by unveiling your choices in your life, so “you can heal and become real.” 

Kemle is the current national President of NABWIC

Ersula K. Odom is a legacy writer, the author of "At Sula's Feet”, “African Americans of Tampa” and, co-author of The Doris Ross Reddick Story. She is a motivational speaker and portrays Mary McLeod Bethune as a one-person show.  She is the founder of Sula Too, LLC with books published for clients from Georgia to California.
