NABWIC talks with Dr. Joan Shen from the City of Doral

The City of Doral is the third fastest growing City in the United Sates.  Dr. Joan Shen will be highlighted by NABWIC as one of the women in the leadership of the the City of Doral's transportation.

She is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), who leads the City of Doral's Public Works Department. She believes that life is a learning process, and that your potential is unlimited.   She encourages the youth to work hard and you can do whatever you imagine, just be willing to work for it.
