Job 8:2-3, 10, 12-13, 20 Job 7:17-18, 20 “How long will you speak these things, And the words of your mouth be like a strong wind? Does God subvert judgment? Or does the Almighty pervert justice? Will they not teach you and tell you, And utter words from their heart? While it is yet green and not cut down, It withers before any other plant. So are the paths of all who forget God; And the hope of the hypocrite shall perish, “What is man, that You should exalt him, That You should set Your heart on him, That You should visit him every morning, And test him every moment? Have I sinned? What have I done to You, O watcher of men? Why have You set me as Your target, So that I am a burden to myself? Behold, God will not cast away the blameless, Nor will He uphold the evildoers.
