She Speaks With Wisdom - A Study of Proverbs 31

'It has been enlighting to learn wisdom from the wisest man ever created by God.  When King Solomon was asked in 1 Kings 3 what did he want from God, he didn't ask for riches and more, he asked for wisdom and discernment.  I thank God today for giving the vision to study Proverbs during the month of June.  As we go into this month of July and our "4th of July" celebrations, let us not forget, "a proverb a day keeps foolishness away."  Fools rush in, but the wise wait on the Lord.  As you go through your day put in your spirit, daily the following:

"I will let God use me today and everyday."

I thank God for today, because from my grief over loosing my husband and 6 months later his mother, God called me to ministry.  I also learned by studying his word in 1 Corinthian 5:6-8 "6 So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. 8 We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord." So, I say to my husband, who I would have celebrated 37 years of marriage today and my mother-in-law who would have celebrated her 86th, earthly birthday; I love you and know that you are celebrating eternal life in the present of the Lord.  Enjoy "our" day, knowing, you are loved and will never be forgotten.
