"You Don't Have To Lie" - The Lord Knows Everything About You!

It's so easy to take credit where it's not due, to claim you gave or donated or worked on a project when you didn't.  King Soloman made it plain when he stated in Proverbs 25:14 "Whoever falsely boasts of giving, Is like clouds and wind without rain." The Lord wants our first fruit given with a heart of gladness.  If you have not given, you "don't have to lie" and say you  that you did.  God sees everything we do in the light and in the dark.  Don't boast when you have not given or take credit for a job you didn't do.  For you don't know that the words you speak, may have an impact on your neighbor or co-worker's life.  As the the Prophet Malachi spoke in Malachi 3:8-10:

“Will a man rob God?
Yet you have robbed Me!
But you say,
‘In what way have we robbed You?’
In tithes and offerings.
9 You are cursed with a curse,
For you have robbed Me,
Even this whole nation.
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house,
And try Me now in this,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.

Don't block your blessings, God has more than enough for you.  If you don't know Jesus get to know him today.
