Elisa Villanueva-Beard co-CEO of Teach For America. Elisa grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.  Her journey with Teach For America started 15 years ago in Phoenix where she taught first and second grade bilingual education as a 1998 corps member. She joined Teach For America's staff in 2001 to lead the organization's work in her hometown in the position of executive director. 

Aaron Hurst a widely recognized social entrepreneur and authority on social innovation. He is a close advisor to many global brands and frequent speaker and writer on the development of the purpose economy. He is the founder of the Taproot Foundation where he was the catalyst and lead architect in developing the $15 billion pro bono service market. His latest venture is a platform to advance and accelerate the purpose economy.
