Christiane graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.A., and then went on to take up ice hockey while getting a law degree at the University of British Columbia. Her last jury trial was a case of murder by stabbing, with three defendants. By then she had long discovered writing as a creative counterpoint to stress and led her to become the author of One + One >2: The Online Dating Guide for Women Over 50.
