The CHINESE are already there and AFRICA seemingly has become the darling of the business world again, especially the tech sector.  Erik Hersman, who refers to himself as the White African on twitter, tweeted, "AFRICA is the last "blue ocean" for tech, the opportunities here are huge. Why would you choose anywhere else?"
