TS Radio Network: CALVIN, OKLAHOMA CHIEF- OF- POLICE, JOE CHITWOOD- BUSTED

“El Chiefo”, (Calvin Oklahoma x(?) Chief of Police, Joe Chitwood, no longer has a go-to deflection when faced with his short-comings and then some.  Why did he turn his head on the continued crimes during his time he was obligated to serve and protect, and yes- even enforce the laws of the small sooner-state town. We have had many shows discussing and calling out Chitwood, but the best he could do was deflect or not answer to the degradation of a town that deserves better. Chitwood has been known and  believed to aide and abet crimes in Calvin- but now it looks like he could be a small- town ring- leader.
