Florida bill 1032; The Guardianship Jurisdiction Act, if passed, will effect every state and foreign country,  This means that if you are petitioned as a ward in Florida and you try to run, the US Marshal or the FBI can have legal authority to extradite you back to Florida abd seize your assets no matter where they are located,
