While the predators who game the probate system across the country, rejoice when adding up the take from all the estates they have plundered, all the misery they have caused their victims, we can only hope they suffer miserably in the new year. 

We have covered numerous cases over this last year, and I (Marti) concluded the worst place to live in the US if you are elderly with assets, is Montgomery County Pennsylvania.  The abuses of probate are so prolific in this one county that its hard to imagine how it could get any worse. 

Join us as we bid a farewell to 2021 and good riddance.  May all the predators find several lumps of coal in their stockings.  OF course the stockings probably belong to some of their victims.
