The recent Executive order that Biden supposedly signed regarding mandatory vaccines can be found no where,  Should it exist, as with all EO's, there are no provisions for the President(s) to issue any such mandates.  Separation of powers prohibits the President from making laws,  which is what an Executive order is.  A presidential law that is totally unlawful.
