Suzanne Whelan joins us this evening to discuss her Aunt Susan who is the victim of abduction, isolation and imprisonment in a home, against her will. Hidden from her family, her phone taken away, and the keys to her car seized, she remains a prisoner. Only Aunt Susan has fewer rights than an actual individual who has committed a crime. In fact, since she was guardianized--she has no rights at all. She has been stripped of her legal capacity and her name and all rights have been gifted to a predator.
Tonight we will hear the years long efforts to free her from this illegal kidnapping. The question everyone should be asking is: What did Aunt Susan have that one of these predators gaming the system decided they wanted?
