It’s bad enough Oklahoma prisons and jails were overall grossly over capacity prior to COVID- 19; inhumane, emotionally and physically abusive conditions for many incarcerated and continues to be. But let’s add to the equation what is essentially hostage holding – kidnapping of men in Comanche County (and throughout) Oklahoma through wrongful convictions. This is no fluke. This is notorious in the Sooner State.
