Recently, I had an experience with the supplement spirulina that made me aware it is not a live food at all. I should have realized the implications of that understanding a long time ago. After talking to Dr. Bill in China, on and off-air, about how light-activated chlorophyll from spirulina can fight viruses and tumors successfully, I decided to do some experimentation with spirulina in its usual form, a dry dark green powder. I obtained some organic spirulina from a trusted source, and ate some of it with some raw organic cucumbers and peppers I was eating that day.

What happened was unexpected. In Planetary Healing Club, we have been talking about how to communicate with your own body, to get incredibly valuable, real-time information on what the body wants and does not want us to put in it for optimal health. I ate the spirulina, and soon after there was a very clear "NO" from my own body. I have been on 100% live food for many years, and adding back dry powders with no life force in them was seen by the body as an insult. A listener brought to my attention a company called "Raw Living Spirulina". I was curious if maybe they had solved the problem.

They had. They grow top quality spirulina, clean and organic, in controlled environment greenhouses in Florida, and ship out jars with cold packs all over the world. I got a sample jar, it tasted good to me, and my body said yes, this is good. I wanted to get one of the owners of the company on the show, to get more detail and background. Tim White agreed, and he will be with us this Sunday. If you want to know more about one of the few real living food supplements, join us for the discussion. Learn how it's done by people who care about the life force and healing quality of the superfood they produce. It's a great health service for the world, coming from people demonstrating integrity in the business they do and product they sell.
