Portion Commentary

Grace vs. Law

Thought for the Week: Things get backward if we start to believe that we must keep God’s Law in order to be saved. Instead, we should keep God’s Law because we are saved.

Commentary: This week’s Torah portion contains a lot of laws. Exodus 21–23 reads like an ancient legal code.
