In the middle of nowhere, with only your wits, instinct and survival skills to go on you learn who you really are and just how small you are in this world. You are shown your place in the universe and how fragile you are when modern comforts and conveniences are left behind. This seclusion and serenity allow for me to focus my mind and senses on the paranormal activity I encounter.
