Women over 40 Rock! At least, that's the thinking behind Over 40 Females, a national networking organization that connects a community of women to increase awareness for the demographic and create a higher standard of pride and confidence for the generations of Over 40 Females to come.

This week, Catherine Johns and Michele Rempel will get the buzz from Shannon Bednowicz, director of the Over 40 Females Chicago chapter. She'll also share her experiences as the owner of Wine, Women and Wax for over 7 years (we're guessing maybe one of them as a woman over 40!).
