Feeling Anxious?
 
         Yeah me too.  Just when I think the level of anxiety in this country couldn’t  get any higher, it gets higher.  And then it gets higher again!! 
 
It’s pretty well understood that “change” causes anxiety for most of us.  We’re creatures of habit.  We like our routines, things we can count on day in and day out.  But in recent times there isn’t a whole lot that we can bank on.  
 
Some changing scenery….The upcoming elections, the seasonal weather changes, the stock market turbulence, the upcoming Christmas and Holiday season which pretty much throws everything up in the air.  
 
Good thing you have avenues to release all that anxiety, like calling into your favorite talk show and letting us have a piece of your mind!  So bring it on this Thursday!!
